• Customer Service Representatives are available 6:00 AM–7:00 PM PST, seven days a week.
• There is no minimum order.
• Edible Image^® decorations, Dec-Ons^® decorations, Print-Ons^® sheets, Royal Icing Roses and Liquid Airbrush Colors are all Orthodox Kosher certified and freeze/thaw stable.

Shipping Information

• Web orders typically ship the next business day following order receipt; delivered via UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified by customer).
• Phone orders typically ship within the next business day of order receipt; delivered via UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified by customer).
• Freight is prepaid on ground orders of $100 or more within the continental U.S. and Canada (excludes distributor and custom sales).
• Orders over 150lbs. may be shipped by our choice of Common Carrier within five business days of receipt of order. Orders for larger volumes may take longer to process.
• UPS Next Day, Second Day or Third Day Air Service is available to customers for an additional charge.
